Day 1     Stockholm

Arrive by flight on own. Transfer on own (not included) from the airport to your hotel. Stockholm, one of the most beautiful capitals in the world, is built on 14 islands, connected by 57 bridges. The beautiful buildings, the green parks, the fresh air and the proximity to the water are distinctive traits of this city. With 750 years of history and rich cultural life, Stockholm offers a wide selection of world class museums and attractions. Most of the attractions can be reached

on foot, and the many bus or boat sightseeing offer an opportunity for a wide variety of experiences in a short time.

Day 2     Stockholm - Copenhagen
Meals: Breakfast

Breakfast at the hotel. Train 2 nd class Stockholm – Copenhagen (duration approx. 5-6 hours). Copenhagen, the capital city of the Kingdom of Denmark since 1417. Copenhagen is one of Europe's oldest capitals with a royal touch - the monarchy in Denmark is the oldest in the world! Copenhagen is a place where old fairy tales blend with flashy new architecture and world class design. Copenhagen is also considered one of the world's most environmentally friendly cities and one of the world’s leading cycle cities.

Day 3     Copenhagen - Odense
Meals: Breakfast

Breakfast at the hotel. Train 2 nd class Copenhagen – Odense (duration approx. 1,5-2,5 hours). Enjoy the view from your seat on the train westward through farming countryside and small villages, some of which were founded by Vikings more than a thousand years ago. Arrival Odense, Denmark’s third largest city and Hans Christian

Andersen’s home town. Own transfer to the hotel. After check in at the hotel, we recommend a visit to Hans Christian Andersen’s home. The humble house, where H. C. Andersen was born in 1805, has been turned into a museum dedicated to the world famous fairy tale writer.

Day 4     Odense - Aarhus
Meals: Breakfast

Breakfast at the hotel. Train 2nd class Odense – Aarhus (duration approx. 1,5 hours). Arrival in Århus, the second largest city of Denmark and also known as the City of the Smile. Self transfer to your hotel. Spend the day exploring the beautiful city. We recommend a visit to the Old City (Den Gamle By). It is also possible to visit the cathedral, the museum of Danish prehistory, Moesgaard or

maybe the Marselisborg Castle in Aarhus, the holiday residence of the Royal Family. When the Royal Family is not in residence there is free admission to the palace park for the public from morning to evening. We also recommend a visit to the new Street Food Hall, serving quick meals in a relaxed atmosphere.

Day 5     Aarhus - Frederikshavn - Gothenburg
Meals: Breakfast

Breakfast at the hotel. Train 2 nd class Aarhus – Frederikshavn (duration approx. 2,5-3 hours). Transfer on own from Frederikshavn train station to Frederikshavn pier for embarkation on board your ferry to Gothenburg (duration approx. 2,5 hours), the second largest city of Sweden. Gothenburg offers a variety of attractions: the greatest amusement park in Scandinavia, Liseberg, a boat cruise to the 17th century New Älvsborg Fortress, the floating maritime experience centre Maritiman with an armada of 19 museum vessels and an opportunity to see and learn about U-boats, destroyers, mine-layers

and fireboats.

Day 6     Gothenburg - Oslo
Meals: Breakfast

Breakfast at the hotel. Train 2 nd class Gothenburg – Oslo (duration approx. 4-7 hours). Oslo is the Viking city, the culture city, the winter capital, the city of rolling green hills and spectacular fjords and the capital city of Norway. Since 1814 (then: Kristiania), when Norway was declared independent of Denmark, Oslo has been the capital. The city is situated at the northernmost point of the 100 kms long Oslo Fiord and here you can soak in the beauty of the Vigeland

Park, the Royal Castle, the City Hall, the Parliament Building, the Bygdøy Peninsula with its inspiring museums, the Akerhus Fortress, Aker Brygge and many other interest sights.
