Day 1     Reykjavik

Arrival at Keflavík airport and regular transfer to the hotel for check-in. Welcome to Reykjavik – Iceland’s vibrant capital is a charming blend of colorful houses, cutting-edge design, and rich cultural life. Surrounded by stunning nature and powered by geothermal energy, Reykjavík offers a unique mix of modern city vibe and cozy small-town atmosphere — the perfect base for exploring Iceland’s wonders. Please ask during your check-in for the welcome letter with information about the meeting time with your accompanying guide.

At the appropriate time, meet the guide for a boat tour in search of the Northern Lights; an amazing experience; sailing out from the Old Harbor in Reykjavik and in only 15-20 minutes we will be in a prime location away from the city lights, perfect for viewing the auroras! The guide will share with you facts on the science behind the magical phenomenon of the Northern Lights, and tell you about their stories & myths from different cultures around the world.

IMPORTANT: When the northern lights forecast looks good, but it is too windy to sail, we will take our customers out for northern lights tour on a bus. In case it is not possible to see the Northern Lights, we will have a new opportunity to take the boat tour again on Day 6, at no additional cost

 
Day 2     Reykjavik - Hella

GOLDEN CIRCLE DAY TOUR APPROXIMATE DURATION: 8 hours

Today you meet your guide in the hotel lobby for a full-day tour. Your first stop will be the Thingvellir National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site where history and geology come together in a remarkable way. Walk through the rift valley where the North American and Eurasian tectonic plates drift apart, creating a geological landscape unlike anywhere else. Beyond its striking scenery, Thingvellir also holds deep significance as the birthplace of the world’s first democratic parliament, Alþingi, established over a thousand years ago. We will continue with the visit to Friðheimar, a sustainable greenhouse farm that uses geothermal energy. Taste some delicious locally grown tomato products (tomato soup or bloody Mary is included). Next, experience the raw energy of the Geysir Geothermal Area, home to the Strokkur geyser, which erupts every 4-8 minutes, shooting water up to 30 meters (98 ft) into the air. Visit the majestic Gullfoss waterfall, where the powerful Hvítá river plunges in two stages into a dramatic, deep canyon. Continue the journey to Hella. Arrival, hotel check-in, and free time for the rest of the day.

At the scheduled time, meet your guide and head out on a Northern Lights chase. We'll drive away from the city lights in search of clear skies, increasing our chances of witnessing this incredible natural phenomen.

 
Day 3     Hella - South Georgia

SOUTH COAST DAY TOUR APPROXIMATE DURATION: 8 hours

Meet the guide for a full day South Coast Tour. The first stop will be the interactive volcano museum Lava Center in Hvolsvollur. Every mile of the drive offers some-thing awe-inspiring. We’ll stop at some of Iceland’s most postcard-perfect locations as Seljalandsfoss waterfall, Skógafoss Waterfall, Sólheimajökull Glacier, Reynisfjara Black Sand Beach and the Vík Village. It’s an unforgetta-ble experience that truly showcases the country’s natu-ral beauty.

LAVA SHOW APPROXIMATE DURATION: 50 minutes

The tour concludes with the Lava Show in Vik an award-winning attraction for innovation in addition to its educational and cultural value. A world-class immersive experience that affects all the senses. Return to the hotel.

 
Day 4     Hella - Reykjavik

LAVA CAVE TOUR APPROXIMATE DURATION: 1 hour

Explore the magnificent lava tunnel Raufarhólshellir, one of the longest and best-known lava tubes in Iceland. That is why paths and a footbridge have been constructed so it is easily accessible. Impressive lighting in this part of the tunnel highlights and clearly shows the powerful seismic activity that formed the tunnel.

Afterward, continue the journey to Reykjavik. Upon arrival, embark on a delicious journey through Reykjavík’s vibrant food scene with a guided tasting tour that showcases the best of Icelandic cuisine

REYKJAVIK FOOD WALK TOUR APPROXIMATE DURATION: 3 hours. Stroll through the charming streets of downtown Reykjavík, stopping at carefully selected local restaurants and eateries to sample traditional Icelandic dishes, from fresh seafood and lamb to unique delicacies. Along the way, your guide shares fascinating stories about Iceland’s culinary heritage and modern food culture. This is a perfect introduction to Iceland's capital and while you walk through Reykjavik's city center you will be also told about the city's history and traditions. You will taste at least 10 different traditional foods and learn about local traditions from your expert guide.

At the appropriate time, departure for the Superjeep Northern Lights Iceland Tour. This Northern Lights tour in Iceland takes you in a Superjeep out of town, to avoid light pollution to observe this fascinating natural phenomenon also known as Aurora Borealis.

SNÆFFELSNES PENINSULA TOUR APPROXIMATE DURATION: 4 hours

HVAMMSVÍK HOT SPRINGS TOUR, APPROXIMATE DURATION: 4 hours

Escape to the serenity of Hvammsvík Hot Spring on this ex-press half-day tour, leaving the city behind for a few hours of pure natural beauty and relaxation. This tour is designed for those seeking a quick yet immersive escape to Iceland's natural beauty.

Blue Lagoon: One of Iceland's most famous tourist attractions and considered by many to be a once-in-a-lifetime experience, as well as an unmissable part of any visit to Iceland. Arrival And Departure Transfers

Regular arrival and departure transfers included in the program are valid exclusively from Keflavík Airport, and only on the official start and end dates of the tour. These transfers are conducted by an English-speaking representative and are shared with other guests. As such, a short waiting time at the airport may occur upon arrival. For guests who require a private transfer, or for those with pre- or post-tour overnight stays, a supplement will apply for any transfers arranged outside the official program dates or for services requiring individual transportation
