South Greenland

Historic sites from the Viking Age, the Inland Ice Cap, fertile mountains, sheep farms, deep blue fiords with multi-coloured icebergs and calving glaciers - all within short range of your hotel.

Qaqortoq

Qaqortoq is the biggest town in South Greenland.

Situated near the big lake "Storesøen" with rising mountains in the outback of the city.

Many students come here to study, and therefore the town is full of life most of the year. FIFA have decided to sponsor the only Grass covered soccer field in Greenland.

Old colony houses show the history of the town, while new big modern houses rises up along the cliff wall, all whit splendid views over the open sea.

A real town of contrasts.
