Hi Berniece,
We LOVED Iceland!
We want to go back next year, with the side trip to Greenland.
My cousin gets her vacation schedule in October, so then we'll
know the date to reserve.
I climbed half way up a volcano on the Westman Islands!
We climbed up the hill to the Perlan from our hotel every night in Reykjavik, great
location for the hotel.
We had a wonderful time in the Blue Lagoon!
I could sell trips to Iceland!
And we saw hundreds of puffins! I love them.

Hi there!
Everything was wonderful. All the hotels were great in Denmark. The voucher system was fantastic. It was so easy to just give a voucher for everything including the ferry and the toll bridge. Scantours did a great job. The cruise was fantastic and we have the certificates to prove we crossed the Arctic Circle. What a wonderful experience for the whole family. Jasmine, at age 2, was a great traveler much to our surprise. Everyone on the cruise ship knew Jasmine and loved her. Especially after Esther bought her a little Viking helmet and she wore it to dinner one night! Everyone wanted her picture in the huge dining room. It was so fun. Loooong flight home yesterday, but all our flights were on time or almost on time so that went smoothly too. Jasmine was great on all her planes rides and they were her first ones.

The car you got us in Amsterdam with limo link was perfect. They were on time and we had no problem getting off the ship early. Glad we left on an early flight because we had more time in Copenhagen. Jasmine loved Tivoli and we were able to see it that afternoon and had dinner there. Really loved seeing Aero, where Ken’s grandparents were born. The little town of Aeroskobing is picturesque and peaceful. Found most of the relatives houses. What a treat to see! Would love to go back there someday.

Thank you for all you did, it was a great vacation.

Hello Berniece.....
I heard from the Lorenz party!
They sent me a lovely thank you note raving about everything they did in Norway....
They especiallly loved the fjord trip and the Flam rail triip.
They said the Kvikne hotel was incredibly beautiful and the rooms in the old section made them feel like they were part of the fjord!
Thank you again for putting it all together!

Iceland was wonderful. Thanks for all your help on such short notice!
You are quite correct in that Iceland is getting much more popular; in 2003, there were 300,000 visitors while in 2013 there were 900,000.
The country is very unique with volcanos, geysers, lava fields, glaciers, and such an abundance of marine mammals and birds. We saw 4 kinds of whales (including a blue whale), two kinds of seals, and so many different types of birds including the puffins and arctic terns.
Not seeing darkness for 2 ½ weeks was quite an adjustment though.
The folks in Iceland are very friendly and everyone speaks English fluently. It was an extremely easy country to navigate.
We are so happy with what you were able to set up for us.

Hello, Ulla,

We are home safe and sound.The tour was fantastic. Our group consisted of 12 persons ( six couples) in a bus for 50 passengers. Early in the season- they said.
Hotels were all good, we had no problem and I think nobody had any from the group. We landed in a German speaking group[. For me it was OK but my husband speaks only English. The guide was very good in BOTH languages.
One thing we and the group did not like. The 8:00pm start for the special dinners in each capital. We mentioned it to the guide, but the Italian and the Spanish
prefer the late dinner....so...
I just would like to thank you for all the help .
