Villarrica-Pucon is about 800 kilometers south of Santiago, accessible by a well maintained paved road and a dirt access road. The area is on an active volcano and on Lake Villarica. From here you can raft the rivers, enjoy a relaxing day in the hot springs, go skiing (in season) and experience many other outdoor activities.
