After one and a half hours in the air, you arrive at Lapland Airport, just ten minutes (car transfer) from the town of Gällivare.

As Gällivare is an important junction for communications in the region, train, bus and car connections are excellent. Within one to three hours, you can reach many of Laplands different attractions. For example, the drive to the famous Ice Hotel in Jukkasjärvi or the Saami (Lappish) museum Ajtte in Jokkmokk takes less than one and a half hours.
