Day 1
Visiting: Stockholm
Accomodation: Esplanade Hotel
Arrive in Stockholm and check in at the Hotel Esplanade, a centrally located family hotel.
Day 2
Visiting: Stockholm - Gemla
Accomodation: Villa Gransholm
Meals: Breakfast
Pick up your Avis rental car for a 3 day rental. Depart Stockholm and travel leisurely south to the Smaland region where the famous Swedish glasswork factories are located. The city of Vaxjo nearby has a very interesting Immigrant Musuem and a Glass Museum. Check in at Villa Gransholm for overnight.

Visiting: Gemla
Accomodation: Villa Gransholm
Meals: Breakfast
Explore the fascinating province of Smaland, where you will find Orrefors and Kosta Boda, two of the most famous glass works in the world. Watch the glassblowers at work and visit the engraving and glass painting work shops. You can buy crystal at bargain prices at the factory outlets.
Day 4
Visiting: Gemla - Stockholm
Accomodation: Esplanade Hotel
Meals: Breakfast
After a last look at this beautiful part of Sweden, head north to Stockholm. Return the rental car. Overnight at Hotel Esplanade.
