Itinerary

Day 1
Visiting: Stockholm
Accomodation: Clarion Stockholm
Arrive in Stockholm and check in at the Clarion Hotel Stockholm.
Day 2
Visiting: Stockholm
Accomodation: Clarion Stockholm
Meals: Breakfast
After breakfast enjoy the beautiful city of Stockolm. We suggest a sightseeing tour by boat as the city is best seen from the water. Take a long walk on the island of Djurgarden, once the royal family's hunting grounds, now a park with a concentration of museums and Skansen, the world's first open air museum. We recommend visiting the Vasa Museum, housing the 17th century ship which sank in the Stockholm harbor on its maiden journey and was salvaged 1961.
Day 3
Visiting: Stockholm - Mariehamn
Accomodation: Arkipelag Hotel
Meals: Breakfast
Depart Stockholm in the morning for the 4.5 hours cruise on Viking Line through the beautiful archipelago of Stockholm to Mariehamn. Aland is today an autonomous province of Finland and a favorite destination for the locals. Overnight at Hotel Arkipelag.
Day 4

Enjoy the wooden houses, the green parks and a visit to the preserved Museum Ship, Pommern, the Aland Maritime Museum and the Maritime Quarter in the eastern harbor as well as the architect Lars Sonck's traces in the Church, Town Hall and Yacht Club. There are several excursions available on the island.
