Hotell Arkipelag, a hotel in the heart of Mariehamn is beautifully situatedl just by the sea. Mariehamn, the only town in the islands, has about 11.000 inhabitants.

On the Åland Islands, every distance is short. From the ferry harbor to the hotel the distance is not even two kilometres and from the airport just about four kilometres.

78 of our rooms are single/double rooms with private balcony. From your room you enjoy either the seaview to the east or the sunset over town in the west.

All rooms have two separate beds, a desk/work area, cable TV with movie channels and radio, mini-bar, telephone, trouser press, private facilities with as well bath tub as shower, hairdryer. Most rooms are reserved for non-smokers. 8 rooms are allergy adapted.

We offer six suites and two suites with private sauna. Large balconies with a view over the sunset and the city in the west.

In the suites you will find a living room with work area and a lounge suite, bedroom with a queen size bed and private facilities with bath tub, cable TV with movie channels and radio, mini-bar, telephone, trouser press, hair dryer. Two of our suites are allergy adapted.

Our suites are popular among bridal couples, and we are happy to make the room even more romantic if you inform us when making the reservation. The newlyweds are served complimentary breakfast on their first morning as wife and husband.
