Hotel Arctic has a capacity of 65 rooms plus - from May through September - five modern igloos.

Kangerlussuaq, a former US military base, is the main gateway to Greenland. Since Hotel Kangerlussuaq is connected to the airport terminal, accommodation is easily handled. On the other side of the landing strip is the base area proper, featuring activities like a bowling alley, an indoor public swimming pool and a nightclub. The former cinema has been rebuilt into a conference room that can accommodate up to 272 persons. There are also meeting facilities accommodating up to 50 persons. The restaurant, located in the airport building, offers international cuisine with savoury Greenlandic specialties. There is also a discotheque and bar at the former base (2 kilometres from the hotel) that accommodate 300 persons.

On the island Kulusuk there is a small settlement Kulusuk, with approx. 300 inhabitants. The main occupations are hunting and fishing supplemented with arts and crafts of high quality for which the village has obtained quite a reputation. In 1997/98 a hotel with 30 rooms was constructed approx. 2 km from the village. Apart from overnight at the hotel, it is possible to go camping. In the village you will also find a Pilersuisoq shop.

It has a total of 30 twin bedded rooms of which 18 superior rooms in the main hotel building have private facilities, shower, WC and TV. The hotel has a restaurant and a bar.
