Arrive in Helsinki. Self-transfer to downtown hotel. The convenient airport bus service stops at central railway station quite nearby the Scandic Simonkenttä Hotel. The property is situated off the main street Mannerheimintie.

You receive your travel documents at the hotel reception. Included is a 48 hour Helsinki card, an all-in-one public transportation and admission ticket, an easy way to discover Helsinki on your own.

Helsinki is a trendy, pulsating metropolis, yet a compact city with a welcoming atmosphere and ideal destination to explore on your own. All major downtown attractions, shopping areas and museums can be easily reached on foot. The city offers a combinations of stunning architectural styles ranging from Neo Classical to twentieth-century Finnish modernism. Boat trip to the islands that lie off the shoreline are a popular pastime among locals an provide a superb view of the elegant city skyline from the sea.

After breakfast at hotel you still have the morning on your own to explore the city before taking a midday train to Turku, Finland’s oldest town and former capital and the European Capital of the Culture in 2011.

Upon arrival at Turku Railway Station, self transfer to the nearby hotel. As the oldest city and the former capital of Finland, Turku is home to the most remarkable medieval landmarks of the country, including the Castle and the Cathedral. The wooden workshop houses of the Luostarinmäki Handicrafts Museum tell tales about the trades and city life of days gone by.

After early breakfast at hotel – self transfer to Turku harbor for a wonderful full day cruise to Stockholm, capital of Sweden. During the cruise you have a cabin with sea view to rest in peace. A delicious buffet lunch is served on board while the ship sails through the wonderful archipelago. Early evening arrival in Stockholm and self transfer to your hotel.

Buffet breakfast at hotel. Full day to explore Sweden’s charming capital which is built on fourteen islands. Highlights include the City Hall, the Old Town, the unique Vasa Museum, and the new Museum of Modern Art.

Self transfer to harbor in the late afternoon for boarding a night cruise to Tallinn, the other European Cultural Capital of 2011. Buffet Dinner at ship’s restaurant. Enjoy shopping and entertainment on board. Accommodation in an exterior cabin.

After breakfast onboard – self transfer to your hotel. Tallinn, one of the oldest cities on the Baltic Sea, lies across the Gulf of Finland, just 80 kilometers to the south from Helsinki. Winding cobblestone streets, massive city walls and mighty towers bear witness to the city’s medieval past.
