Itinerary

 
Day 1     Vilnius

Arrival in Vilnius. Meet your driver outside customs. A private transfer from the airport to a hotel. Hotel accommodation. Overnight in Vilnius.

 
Day 2     Vilnius - Trakai
Meals: Breakfast

Day to discover capital of Lithuania – Vilnius. Vilniuscity tour contains the Old Town (listed into UNESCO Heritage list) with its main historical and architectural monuments: Cathedral and it’s square,Vilnius University campus, the Gothic corner - St. Anne’s Church and Bernardinai monastery complex, Gates of Dawn with miraculous Virgin Maria painting, Baroque St. Peter and Paul’s Church, Gediminas’ Tower an much more.Later tour proceeds with the trip to Trakai(28 km)- the ancient capital of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania. Visit to the 15th century InsularTrakai Castle. Afternoon drive back to Vilnius. Overnight in Vilnius.

 
Day 3     Riga
Meals: Breakfast

Departure to Riga with en route stop at theHill of Crosses - a unique pilgrimage place worldwide, where people keepputting crossesalready for couple centuries. From here the Pope John Paul II blessed all people of Lithuania and Christian Europe. Next stop at Rundale Palace - one of the most outstanding monuments of

Baroque and Rococo art in Latvia. Afternoon arrival to Riga, the capital of Latvia.

Day 4     Riga
Meals: Breakfast

Morning walking tour of the Old Town of Riga.Enjoy the beauty of the ancient Hanseatic city, while strolling through the cobble-stone, picturesque streets of the Old Town. In Old Riga you will see: Dome Cathedral, the Church of St. Peter, The House of Blackheads, the Cat House,Old City Walls, Old Riga Castle and much more. Afternoon free to visit cozy restaurants, cafes, bars and souvenir shops.

 
Day 5     Sigulda - Tallinn
Meals: Breakfast

Drive to Tallinn alongside the Riga Bay. En route stop in Sigulda, located in the picturesque Gauja Valley dotted with caves and castles. Visit to TuraidaMuseum Reserve where you will visit Turaida castle.The Turaida irregularly planned Bishop’s Castle was built in 1214. Castle’s portentous dwelling tower - Don John – was built in the 13th century. The old medieval castle was regularly extended up to the 17th century. Late afternoon arrival to Estonia's capital. Overnight.

 
Day 6     Tallinn
Meals: Breakfast

City tour of Tallinn features: the Old Town with its Town Hall Square, the Toompea Castle, 14th-15th century Gothic Town Hall, St. Nicholas church, now housing a museum of medieval art; an old chemist's shop; Kadriorg Palace and Park, numerous authentic Hanseatic merchants' houses, trip to visit Estonian ethnographical open air museum, etc. Free afternoon to explore Tallinn. Overnight.

 
Day 7     Tallinn - Helsinki
Meals: Breakfast / Dinner

Take a few hour ferry from Tallinn to Helsinki. Helsinki - Finland's major political, educational, financial, cultural and research centre as well as one of northern Europe's major cities. The city offers a variety of cultural opportunities such as the National Museum of Finland, the Helsinki City Museum, the Finnish Art Gallery featuring classical to modern art exhibits and three major theatres.

See it during guided tour and on your own as well as enjoy Finnish cuisine while having dinner in one of the finest Helsinki‘s restaurants.

Day 8     Helsinki - St. Petersburg
On Board the M/S Princess Maria
Meals: Breakfast

Dat at leisure in Helsinki.

In the evening, go to the harbor for your visa free cruise to St. Petersburg onboard M/S Princess Maria ship in an outside cabin.

 
Day 9     St. Petersburg
Meals: Breakfast

On arrival to St Petersburg in the morning, a 6 hours excursion of St.Petersburg city and Hermitage. You will have a chance to experience the best of St. Petersburg - you will see all its major highlights and visit the world famous Hermitage Museum. You will be dropped off at the hotel. The rest of evening on your own.

 
Day 10     St. Petersburg
Meals: Breakfast

Breakfast at the hotel. Today is free to explore St. Petersburg on your own. Overnight at the hotel.

 
Day 11     St. Petersburg - Helsinki
On Board the M/S Princess Maria
Meals: Breakfast

Breakfast at the hotel. Day free until evening. You will be transferred to the harbor about 4pm for your overnight cruise back to Helsinki.

 
Day 12     Helsinki

Arrive in Helsinki at 8.00am. End of arrangements.
