The slopes are only 7 minutes away by car from the town centre, frequent shuttle service available, rental of ski equipment possible. Overnight stay at Icelandair hotel Akureyri.

Morning departure to Akureyri countryside for a half-day trip, where you will learn the Icelandic way of living. Visit of farms, handcrafts, greenhouses, an old turf church, a Christmas house and Akureyri town. Afternoon at leisure or more skiing.
